Refund & Exchange Policy – Style Spectrum

At Style Spectrum, we are committed to delivering a refined fragrance experience. Our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and customer satisfaction — aligned with both Islamic principles and international industry standards.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order  
• The perfume bottle must have at least 90% of the product remaining  
• Applicable on 50ml and 100ml bottles only  
• 5ml tester/sampler sets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.

Usage Policy

• If more than 10% of the perfume has been used, the item will not qualify for a full refund  
• Light testing (up to 10%) is acceptable; however, a small deduction may apply  

Non-Returnable Conditions

• Products used beyond 10%  
• Missing original packaging, box, or wrapping (deductions may apply)  
• Orders above Rs. 10,000 are non-refundable but eligible for exchange  
• Change of mind after significant usage  

Refund Deductions (If Applicable)

In case of missing or damaged items during return, the following deductions may apply:

• Missing tester: Rs. 100  
• Missing box or packaging: Rs. 250  
• Product usage up to 10%: Rs. 200  

Refund & Exchange Process

1. Contact us via WhatsApp at 0314-2171497 with your order details  
2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours  
3. If approved, you will receive the return shipping address  
4. Once received and inspected:
   • Exchanges are processed within 3–5 working days  
   • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days  

Additional Information

• Delivery charges are non-refundable  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to damage, defect, or incorrect product  
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method  

Defective Sprayer / Atomizer

If your sprayer or atomizer is faulty, we will send a replacement part without requiring a return.
